Those who need a Visa letter should request this by sending an email to both Prof RC Jain (rc.jain@jiit.ac.in) and Prof Sanjay Goel (sanjay.goel@jiit.ac.in).
Participants should fly into the Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) in Delhi, India.
The best way to get from this airport to a hotel in Noida is by taking a taxi. Taxis are metered and the fare is around $25 (INR 1500). A tip is not expected.
A taxi can be booked from inside the airport itself (Prepaid Taxi; a few operators are within the controlled area of the AP). This will avoid foreigners(coming to India for the first time) from the touts or unscrupulous taxis.
