The 18th IEEE International Symposium on
Signal Processing and Information Technology, ISSPIT 2018, is a premiere technical
forum for resear-chers in the fields of signal processing and information technology.
ISSPIT 2018 will include state-of-the-art oral, poster sessions, and on-line presentations related
to the key areas outlined below. Accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings
of IEEE ISSPIT 2018. Best Papers will be considered for Awards and invited to extend the manuscript for journal publication.
