The 21st IEEE International Symposium on Signal Processing and Information Technology, ISSPIT 2021, is a premiere technical forum for researchers in the fields of signal processing and information technology. ISSPIT 2021 will be held hybrid with in person and virtual. All presentations will be either presented in person, recorded or online. Accepted papers will be published in the Proceedings of IEEE ISSPIT 2021. Best Papers will be considered for Awards and invited to extend the manuscript for journal publication.
